  • Returns Policy:
    
    All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase for free to one of our stores, while you can exchange your items in store within 28 days. You will just need to take your dispatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to assist you.
    
    Personalised items will not be accepted unless the personalised text is incorrect or if the item is faulty. Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygiene seal is still intact.
    
    If you've paid using PayPal, Apple Pay or Klarna, your local store will send your order back to our distribution centre on your behalf so the transaction can be reversed, or your order can be exchanged and resent back out to you.
