Please ensure you make of note of your LOYALTY ID. you can find this by opening your JD Status App, clicking on MORE followed by PROFILE. Your LOYALTY ID is displayed at the top of that page.
JD UK eGift Cards are valid in JD UK stores. You'll need the email or text with the Gift Card number so our assistants can enter the Gift Card details in to the till. eGift cards are also valid for use online at www.jdsports.co.uk or on the JD Sports App.
Most promotions are applied automatically at checkout.
If you have a discount code or promotional code it must be entered in the box 'Discount Code' at the Basket page. Once complete click the APPLY button and the discount will then be applied.
Each discount or promotional code may be subject to exclusions and specific terms and conditions. We recommend you check those terms and conditions from the provider before contacting JD Customer Care.
Please note that discounts, promotions or Gift Cards can not be used in conjunction with items delivered directly from our Brand Partners - Nike, adidas, Reebok, Under Armour, The North Face, Timberland or VANS.
Items delivered by these brand partners are only available using standard delivery and are not included as part of JDX Unlimited Delivery membership.
We accept one4all gift cards in all our JD UK Sports stores and online. Below are some details about the different flavours of One4all Gift Card we accept. Please keep hold of your card after using it. Any refunds are processed back to the original payment method which would include your One4all Gift Card.
One4all Gift Card is a physical Gift Card which is redeemed instore a bit like a Credit or Debit Card would except you don't have a PIN or need to sign anything. The entire value of the sale is debited from the Gift Card In the event that the sale is greater than the value of the Gift Card, you'll need to pay the remaining amount with an alternative payment method. One4all Favourites - Fashion, Teen and Active Favourites work in the same way as the standard One4all Gift Card mentioned above.
One4all Digital is stored on your phone's wallet and redemed instore like a contactless Credit or Debit card. The entire value of the sale is debited from the Gift Card. In the event that the sale is greater than the value of the Gift Card, you'll need to pay the remaining amount with an alternative payment method. One4all Chip and PIN is a prepaid card that works in exactly the same wasy as a Chip and PIN Credit or Debit card. THe main difference is that you need a PIN to complete the instore payment. To redeem online, please visit the One4all website for the most up-to-date instructions.
Please retain your One4all Gift Card after redemption. Any refunds that need processing, either instore or online, go back to the original payment method which includes your One4all Gift card.

Returning items paid for using a Gift Card
If you redeemed a Gift Card in one of our stores, when you return the item(s), the team in store will refund the same amount back on to either the same Gift card you used if you still have it or will add the funds to a new Gift Card.
If you redeemed your Gift Card online and then returned your item(s) back to us, once processed by our returns team, an eGift Card will automatically be generated and sent to the email address you added to the online order. We recommend checking your Junk or Spam folders too as your email provider may have incorrectly categorised it.
We accept the following credit/debit cards:

American Express
We also accept PayPal, Android Pay or Apple Pay.
We are unable to accept payment by cheque, Style Cards, Visa Electron, Solo Cards, Duet Cards, cash or postal orders. To give you even more confidence in shopping online with us, we have introduced Verified by Visa and Mastercard® SecureCode™. These services enhance your existing credit/debit card accounts against unauthorised use when you shop with us.
To use this service, you must first register with the bank or other organisation that issued your card.
If you encounter an error message whilst attempting to redeem your Gift Card, here are two common errors and what your next steps are.
Locked
This is a security feature that kicks in when the same Gift Card details are entered across more than one checkout. We see this mostly via our desktop and mobile sites but can happen in the app. The best way to resolve this is to remove the Gift Card from your checkout basket and close down any websites, mobile sites or apps that are linked to JD. Your Gift Card will automatically unlock after 30 minutes and be available for use.
Invalid
When using a Gift Card online, you see this error message when:
- The Gift Card number and PIN don't match. Double check the numbers entered are correct
- The Gift Card has never been activated
- The Gift Card has expired
- the Gift Card has zero balance
