Are HOKA trainers true to size?

HOKA’s trainer sizes match up with other brands’ running shoes. So if you’re already repping another brand, go with your usual size.

Most of HOKA’s shoes have a narrower toebox, including the Clifton and Bondi line-ups. Speed-built shoes will have a tighter fit to the upper so they’re more streamlined, while stability and recovery runners offer more space for your toes.

To make sure you know which size is best, we recommend measuring your foot first to check your size.
