By taking part in this prize draw, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. JD Sports Fashion PLC (“JD”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. JD is the promoter.

1. What can you win?

There will be one (1) winner who will win:

•One (1) outfit of their choice selected from the JD website (up to a maximum value of £175) consisting of one (1) top and one (1) bottom (the “Prize“).

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of stock, sizes, styles and colours). The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or the Prize at any time due to changes in any applicable law or events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

The Prize is personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the prize draw and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

JD will arrange for delivery to one UK address. It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

•aged 18 years or over on the day they enter the promotion; and

•a resident of England, Scotland or Wales and

•have received a discount code from JD via email or push notification relating to this promotion and have made a purchase with no minimum spend.

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx)), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The prize draw starts on 17 October 2025 at 10:00AM (UK time) and 21 October 2025 at 23:59PM (UK time) (the “Entry Period”). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the prize draw by:

•making a purchase from the JD website or app between 17 October 2025 at 10:00AM (UK time) and 20 October 2025 at 23:59PM (UK time) using the discount code (the “Qualifying Purchase”); and

•completing the online prize draw form during the Entry Period by entering their details, including name, address, order number and email between 17 October 2025 at 10:00AM (UK time) and 21 October 2025 at 23:59PM (UK time

Internet service providers’ fees may apply if purchasing online and when accessing the internet. The promotion is online only. Making a Qualifying Purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

The discount code is single use and can be used on full price items only.

Entrants must ensure that the email address used to make the Qualifying Purchase is provided when completing the online sign-up form.

Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How are winners selected?

An electronic random name generator will be used to select the winner. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

The winners will be notified by e-mail to the address submitted with the entry and must respond within 72 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept the Prize within 72 hours, JD reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; and (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities, and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for JD to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners.

8.Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

9.The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
