£150 JD E-Gift Card Prize Draw Terms and Condition

By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD is the promoter of this promotion.

1. What can you win?

There will be ten (10) winners who will each win:

· A one hundred and fifty pound (£150) JD Sports E-gift card

(the “Prize“)

The Prize is subject to availability. The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

· aged 18 years or over on the date of entry;

· a resident of England, Scotland or Wales; and

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (https://prod-www.jdplc.com.missionlabs.co.uk/our-group) , or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion starts on 3 December 2025 at 9:00am (UK time) and ends on 21 December 2025 at 11:59pm (UK time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. Making a purchase of £50 or more on adidas products at ( www.jdsports.co.uk)

2. After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to the entry microsite. Click the link and provide your contact details; and

3. Complete the form on the microsite by submitting your entry to be included in the prize draw.

This is an online only promotion. Entrants must spend £50 or more on adidas products online in order to have the chance to enter this promotion.

5. How are winners selected?

An electronic random name generator by will be used to select the winner. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

The winners will be notified via e-mail to the address submitted with their entry and must respond within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept the Prize within 48 hours, JD reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

7. Personal information

8. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

9. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
