adidas Hyperboost Oxford Street Activation Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD”) recommends that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD is the promoter of this promotion, which is run in conjunction with adidas.

1. What can you win?

There will be 20 purchase mechanic prizes available for the first 20 eligible customers who purchase a pair of adidas Hyperboost trainers as part of the in-store activation. The available purchase mechanic prizes are:

6 x £15 JD gift cards;

5 x £25 JD gift cards;

2 x £50 JD gift cards;

5 x World Cup jerseys with free name and number printing;

1 x World Cup official match day ball; and

1 x custom gaming PC. The custom gaming PC will not be available to take away on the day. The winner will need to provide their contact details to a JD team member so that delivery or collection arrangements can be confirmed.

There will also be 1 social giveaway prize available for remaining eligible guests at the event who wish to meet Tobi. The social giveaway prize is 1 x signed pair of adidas Hyperboost shoes (together with the purchase mechanic prizes. (each a “Prize”).

All prizes must be claimed and redeemed on 4 July 2026. All JD gift cards won as part of the purchase mechanic can only be used on adidas products and must be redeemed on 4 July 2026 at JD Sports Oxford Street. World Cup jerseys won as part of the purchase mechanic must also be claimed and printed on 4 July 2026 at JD Sports Oxford Street.

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

Unless expressly stated above, the Prize does not include any additional products, accessories, travel, accommodation, expenses, or any other costs. It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize. JD will arrange delivery of the custom gaming PC to one UK address provided by the winner.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

aged 18 years or over on the date of entry;

a resident of England, Scotland or Wales; and

available to attend JD Sports Oxford Street on 4 July 2026 between 9:30am and 12:00pm.

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion starts on 4 July 2026 at 9:30am (UK time) and ends on 4 July 2026 at 12:00pm (UK time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid. .

To enter the purchase mechanic, entrants must:

1. queue outside JD Sports Oxford Street on 4 July 2026 during the promotion period;

2. be one of the first 20 eligible customers selected on a first come, first served basis;

3. enter the activation area when invited by a JD team member and purchase a pair of adidas Hyperboost trainers; and

4. following purchase, receive an ultimate tote bag and a key to open a safe in store for the chance to win one of the purchase mechanic prizes listed above.

A purchase of adidas Hyperboost trainers is required to enter the purchase mechanic and receive the chance to win one of the 20 purchase mechanic prizes.

For remaining eligible guests at the event who wish to meet Tobi, there will be a separate social play competition for the chance to win a signed pair of adidas Hyperboost shoes. A purchase is not required to enter the social play competition. Details of how to take part, and how the winner will be selected, will be provided in store by JD team members during the promotion period.

One entry into the purchase mechanic is available per eligible customer who purchases a pair of adidas Hyperboost trainers as part of the activation. One entry into the social play competition is available per eligible guest. If more than one entry is received for either mechanic, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How are winners selected?

For the purchase mechanic, the first 20 eligible customers will be selected on a first come, first served basis from the queue outside JD Sports Oxford Street. Each selected customer must purchase a pair of adidas Hyperboost trainers before being provided with an ultimate tote bag and a key to open a safe in store. The purchase mechanic prize won will depend on which safe is opened using the key provided. For the social play competition, the winner will be selected in accordance with the instructions provided by JD team members in store during the promotion period. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners other than with the winners themselves.

Winners of prizes that are available on the day will be notified in store at the time they open the safe and must claim their Prize on 4 July 2026. The winner of the custom gaming PC will be asked to provide accurate contact details to a JD team member so that JD can arrange delivery or collection following the activation. If a winner does not provide the information required, JD reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (ii) purchase a pair of adidas Hyperboost trainers where entry is for the purchase mechanic; (iii) provide accurate contact details where required, including for delivery or collection of the custom gaming PC; (iv) provide valid proof of age if requested; (v) claim any gift card or World Cup jersey prize on 4 July 2026; and (vi) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from JD Sports Oxford Street. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Winners who have won a JD gift card must comply with JD’s gift card terms and conditions. Gift cards awarded as part of this promotion can only be used on adidas products and must be redeemed on 4 July 2026 at JD Sports Oxford Street.

The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for JD to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners.

8. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

9. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
