By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion, we (“JD”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD is the promoter of this promotion.

This is a gift with purchase promotion at the JD Liverpool ONE store. The first one-hundred (100) eligible customers who purchase the adidas x Liverpool FC 26/27 Home Jersey during the promotion period will receive optional Free Shirt Printing.

1. What can you win?

There will be one-hundred (100) winners who will each receive:

• Free shirt printing, awarded to customers who purchase the adidas x Liverpool FC 26/27 Home Jersey. Shirt printing is optional and there is no obligation for a winner to have the printing applied. The free shirt printing prize is limited to just name & number. Additional badges such as the Premier League sleeve badge are not included in the prize and will need to be purchased as normal.

Shirt printing is available only to the first one-hundred (100) eligible winners, subject to availability.

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of styles and colours). JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

• a resident of England, Scotland or Wales;
• aged 16 or over;
• available to attend at the JD Liverpool ONE Store (JD Sports, Liverpool ONE, 4 Paradise Street, Liverpool, L1 8JF) during normal store opening times on Tuesday 19 May 2026 and 26 May 2026; and
• be one of the first 100 customers to make an eligible purchase of the adidas x Liverpool FC 26/27 Home Jersey.

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

This promotion is on a first-come first-serve basis. The promotion starts on Tuesday 19 May 2026 at 09:00 (UK time) and ends at will close on Tuesday 26 May 2026 at 20:00 (UK time), or earlier if all Prizes have been awarded.

5. How are winners selected?

Winners will be selected on a first-come first-served basis in accordance with the How to enter section.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present evidence of such completion to a member of staff in the JD Liverpool ONE store; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from the JD Liverpool ONE store.  JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

8. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
