Gift Card Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this prize draw, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. JD is the promoter of this prize draw

1. What can you win?

There will be five (5) winners who will each win:

o One (1) x £100 JD E-Gift Card; (the “Prize“).

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the prize draw and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter

Entrants must be:

• a resident of England, Scotland or Wales.

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The prize draw starts on 08/05/25 at 8:00am (UK time) and ends on 15/05/25 at 11:59pm (UK time) (“Enter Period”). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

During the Entry Period, entrants can enter the prize draw by:

1. Making a full price product purchase of £80 or above and using a 10% or 20% off discount code.

2. Entrants who have completed Step 1 must then submit their entry via the microsite (“Entry Form”) link within the email. Entrants must click on the link to the Entry Form and enter their full name, age, email address, order number in the appropriate fields to be entered into the prize draw.

5. How are winners selected?

An electronic random name generator by will be used to select the winner. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

The winners will be notified via e-mail to the address submitted on the Entry Form and must respond within 96 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept the Prize within 96 hours, JD reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize (if any). JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

7. Personal information

The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for JD to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners.

8. Which law applies to this promotion?

This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

9. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
