JD Gyms Circuit Challenge Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD is the promoter of this promotion. This promotion shall be operated via an agency appointed by JD.

1. What can you win?

There will be a total of fifteen (15) winners who will each win

· One (1) one hundred pounds (£100) Bespoke JD Sports Nike Performance (Full Price only) Gift Card (only redeemable at JD Sports Arndale Store, Manchester from 21 February 2026 at 9:30am to 23 February 2026 at 20:00pm (the “Redeemable Period”).(the “Prize“).

The Prize is subject to availability. The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

[This prize can only be used on Nike Performance] JD will arrange for delivery to one UK address. It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

· aged 16 years or over on the date of entry and have valid consent from a parent or guardian;

· a resident of England, Scotland or Wales; and

available to attend JD Gyms, Oxford Road, Manchester (the “Participating Location”) on 21 February 2026 between 09:30am (UK time) and 17:40pm (UK time). Participating Location. JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (https://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx) , or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion starts on 21 February 2026 at 09:30am (UK time) and ends on 21 February 2026 at 17:40pm (UK time) (the “Promotion Period”). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. Attend JD Gyms activation (the “Activation”) at the Participating Location

2. Participate in gym circuits at the Activation

3. Be part of the winning team at the Activation

No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.

Participating Location If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How are winners selected?

Winners will be selected by participating in the Activation and being a part of the winning team. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

The winners will be notified day of activation and must respond immediately for acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept the Prize within the Promotion Period, JD reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize. The Prize must be redeemed during the Redeemable Period.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present evidence of such completion to a member of staff in a Participating Location; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from a Participating Location. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

8. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales

9. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
