MattB Customs x Stanley Customisation – 26th – 27th July 2025 – Offer Terms and Conditions

The promoter of this offer is JD Sports Fashion Plc (company number: 01888425) whose registered company address is Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR (“JD Sports”).

The “Offer” Description

Purchase a Stanley product from the JD Sports Buchanan Street store, Unit R1-2, 185-221 Buchanan Street, Glasgow G1 2JR, (the “Store”) between Saturday July 26th and Sunday July 27th and visit the MattB concession stand in the Store during the specified timeframes below to have your Stanley product customised by the MattB Customs team:

· Saturday and Sunday 10:00 and 18:00 (BST).

This Offer applies to all full price Stanley products purchased from the Store on the specified dates above.

All customisations are provided free of charge, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Customisation Details

Participation in the offer is limited to one Stanley product purchased per transaction, and one customisation per person.

Customisations are subject to the customisation menu provided by MattB Customs. Only one customisation option may be selected.

All customisations are irreversible, and once completed, the Stanley product becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.

Redemption Process

1. purchase a Stanley product from the Store between Saturday July 26th and Sunday July 27th and retain the receipt;

2. During the applicable timeframes (Saturday and Sunday 10:00 and 18:00 (BST)) present your purchased Stanley product and the receipt to the MattB Customs concession area in the Store; and

3. select your desired customisation option from the menu provided by MattB Customs.

EXCLUSIONS: OFFER IS LIMITED TO A TOTAL OF 150 CUSTOMISATIONS DURING THE OFFER PERIOD.

You acknowledge that participation in the Promotion is entirely voluntary, and nothing requires you to participate. It is your decision to customise your purchased Stanley product as part of the offer and you acknowledge that any customisation undertaken as part of the offer will make permanent alterations to your Stanley product which cannot be reversed. You are aware and accept that the customisation option chosen may appear different in style and colour range when applied. By participating in the offer, you acknowledge and agree that you are aware these are risks and that you will be able to return or exchange your Stanley products once customised.

Insofar as is permitted by law, you agree that JD Sports its affiliates, agents, sub-contractors or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claims, arising from or in connection with the offer and your participation in the offer. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit any liability which cannot legally be limited.

Additional Conditions

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion, including student discount or emergency services discount.

The Offer is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable, but does not affect your statutory rights.

JD Sports and MattB Customs reserve the right to refuse customisation for any reason, including (without limitation) where it is reasonably believed that the customisation may cause damage to the products purchased or if there is reasonable suspicion that the purchase receipt has been altered, copied, or is being used fraudulently.

JD Sports reserves the right at its absolute discretion to:

(i) cancel this Offer at any time; and/or

(ii) amend, waive, or add further conditions to these Terms and Conditions
