JD x Nike Mint Activation - Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this prize draw, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. JD is the promoter of this prize draw.

This prize draw is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.

1. What can you win?

There will be one (1) winner who will win: (together, the “Prize”).

• X16 opportunities to win £50 Gift Cards

• X16 opportunities to win £110 Gift Cards

• X10 opportunities to win a pair of Nike Mint Air Max Trainers.

The Event will take place on Friday 5th June. This will take place at Liverpool Paradise Street, the participants will take part in Peel To Win. The mechanic here is random and winners can win by peeling the ‘WIN’ sticker off their Ice cream / Slushie.

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the prize draw and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize, including but not limited to any and all travel, accommodation and refreshment costs (other than as included in the Prize).

3. Who can enter?

Entrants (and their companion) must be:

• aged 16 years or over on the date of entry;

• a resident of England, Scotland or Wales; and

• available to attend the Event and played the Peel to Win

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group(http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

Open from 5th June at 11:00am (UK time) and ends on Friday 5th June 2026 at 19:00am (UK time) (the “Entry Period”). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Random Prize Draw.

Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet.

5. How are winners selected?

Consumers queue to take part in the Peel to Win mechanic, they will choose their ice cream or slushie from the menu. Consumers will then receive their ice cream / slushie which will have a peel to win sticker on it. Consumer will peel the sticker to reveal whether they have won an instant prize as stated above – Trainers or Gift Card. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

The winner will be notified instantly through the peel to win sticker. If the winner does not accept the Prize on the ground, JD reserves the right to pick another winner, and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from the Event. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for JD to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners.

8. Which law applies to this prize draw?

This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

9. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
