JD/Wingstop £1000 Gift Card Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this prize draw, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We, JD Sports Fashion Plc (“JD Sports”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. JD Sports is the promoter of this prize draw. This promotion is run in conjunction with Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited, the UK master franchisee of the international fast casual restaurant chain, Wingstop UK ("Wingstop").

1. What can you win?

There will be six (6) winners during the Promotion Period. One each Rolling Period of the following prize:

• One (1) one-thousand pounds (£1000) JD Sports Ultimate Gift Card (the "JD Gift Card") to spend.

To be in with a chance of winning the Prize you must purchase the “Full Flavour Fix meal” at a participating Wingstop outlet during the Promotion Period. Please see the ‘How to Enter’ section below.

The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash value, resale, exchange, donation, money and is non-transferable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize including travel to and from a Wingstop outlet. JD Sports will not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by you as a result of participating in this prize draw.

3. Who can enter

Entrants must:

• Be aged 18 years old or over. Entrants below the age of 18 years old must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter.
• Be a resident of England, Scotland or Wales.
• Have purchased the “Full Flavour Fix meal” at Wingstop from a participating store.
• Have scanned the QR code on the in-store screens at a participating store or the Wingstop receipt and followed the steps to enter the prize draw The QR code will only be available on the receipts following the completion of the first Rolling Period.

JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), Wingstop, or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

Entrants can enter the prize draw by:

• Visiting a participating Wingstop store and purchasing the “Full Flavour Fix meal” during the Promotion Period.
• Scanning the in-store screens at a participating store or the QR code on the Wingstop receipt provided . The QR code will only be available on the receipts following the completion of the first Rolling Period; and
• Following the steps on the prize draw microsite.

Please note a copy of your Wingstop receipt is required to complete the steps on the prize draw microsite and must be retained.

Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. Valid purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

Participation is limited to one entry per Rolling Period of the Promotion Period. The Full Flavour Fix Meal must be purchased, and the entry received during the Rolling Period covering the date of the receipt. If more than one entry is received during a Rolling Period, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

The Promotion Period shall run on Rolling Periods from the start date to the closing date for 6 consecutive months. Winners will be selected on the respective Date of Draw following the end of each Rolling Period as set out below:

5. Closing Times

The prize draw will start at 11am (UK time) on 1 July 2025 and will close at 11:59pm (UK time) on 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Any entries received after or outside these dates or times will not be valid.

6. How are winners selected?

Entrants must provide their name, address, email address and phone number on the prize draw microsite to be entered into the prize draw. Following the end of each respective Rolling Period and on the respective Date of Draw above, all valid entries for that period will be entered into an electronic randomised draw administered by JD Sports staff and for each draw one (1) winner will be selected. Winners will be contacted by JD Sports for verification and will be asked to confirm their address for Prize fulfilment. The Prize will be posted within 30 days of the respective Date of Draw.

The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

In the event that a winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within three (3) days of notification and despite reasonable attempts to contact the winner made by JD Sports, the winner forfeits, and will be considered to have waived their right to the Prize. In such an event JD Sports reserves the right to select an alternative winner (in accordance with the process set out above).

7. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to:

1. Organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize.
2. Complete all stages of the How to Enter section above.
3. Provide accurate contact details.
4. Provide valid proof of age (if requested).
5. Adhere to local laws in the UK.
6. Retain proof of purchase.
7. Comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of Wingstop and JD Sports.

8. Personal information

The Microsite is owned and operated by Wingstop who will process winner’s personal data in accordance with their privacy policy available: https://www.wingstop.co.uk/privacy.

JD will process the winner’s personal data to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize, including fulfilment and for JD to comply with its obligations to publish the name and country of residence of the winners. 9. Publicity

Entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at JD Sports’ request if they are a winner of a Prize. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports including Wingstop) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party).

JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw any or all of the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

10. Which law applies to this promotion?

This prize draw is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants of the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
