JD Flavour Fix – Trafford Centre Promotion Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD is the promoter of this promotion in collaboration with Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited, the UK master franchisee of the international fast casual restaurant chain, Wingstop UK (“Wingstop”)

1. What can you win?

There will be seventy (70) winners in total, with ten (10) Prizes available to be won for each day over the Promotion Period from 11am 7 June 2025 to 11pm 13 June 2025 (UK time). Participants who purchase JD Full Flavour Fix Meals from participating Wingstop and find a limited-edition JD sneaker ornament will win the following:

· One (1) JD Sports Gift Card worth the retail sale value of the sneaker ornament found in the JD Flavour Fix Meal from Wingstop; and

· One (1) fifty-pound (£50) Wingstop Flavour Voucher,

The Prize is subject to availability. The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the prize draw and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must :

· make a purchase of JD Full Flavour Fix Meals from the Wingstop Trafford Centre restaurant only during the Promotion Period (see section 4 below)

· be aged 18 years or over on the date of entry;

· be a resident of England, Scotland or Wales; and

· be available to attend JD Sports, Trafford Centre, Manchester (the “Participating Store”) during the Promotion Period.

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (https://www.jdplc.com/) and of Wingstop, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion starts on 11am on 7th June 2025 (UK time) and ends on 11pm on 13h June (UK time) (“Promotion Period”). Any JD Full Flavour Fix Meals purchased after this date and time will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. Purchasing the ‘JD Flavour Fix Meal’ from the Wingstop Trafford Centre restaurant during the Promotion Period;

2. Find a limited-edition JD sneaker ornament in their JD Full Flavour Fix Meal bag; and 3. Take the JD sneaker ornament to the Participating Store and provide the unique code to JD staff during the Promotion Period.

5. How are winners selected?

You will win by finding a limited-edition JD sneaker ornament in a JD Flavour Fix Meal purchased during the Promotion Period and following the ‘How enter section’ at clause 4 above within the promotional open and closing times.

The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

The winners will be notified in-person to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept the Prize then JD reserves the right to pick another winner, and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present the limited edition JD sneaker ornament with the proof of purchase of your JD Full Flavour Fix Meals to a member of staff in a Participating Store within the Promotion Period; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from a Participating Store. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Winners who have won a JD Group gift card must comply with JD’s gift card terms and conditions. Wingstop Flavour Vouchers are also subject to separate voucher terms and conditions – which are found on the reverse of the physical voucher.

The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for JD to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners.

8. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

9. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
