JD Sports Launches: Nike Air Max 95 OG Blue Spark – JD Sports App Exclusive  
You can enter the chance to purchase a Nike Air Max 95 OG Blue Spark raffle (the “Raffle”) by entering your date of birth, preferred size, valid payment details, preferred delivery method (please note delivery times are calculated from the Raffle Draw Date ) and a valid delivery address and postcode on the Raffle page before 9am UK time on 6 August 2025 (“Raffle Draw Date”). Once you have submitted your details, we will place a hold on your payment card for the full price of the Nike Air Max 95 OG Blue Spark for the five days prior to the Raffle. Payment will be taken automatically if you win the chance to purchase the Item in the Raffle. 
•    Entrants must be 18 or over. 
•    The Raffle can only be entered via the JD Sports mobile app.
•    Registration details cannot be amended after entry. These details will be used if you win the Raffle. Please ensure you enter the correct information, including your delivery address. 
•    Only one entry per person from a single address (“Household”). 
•    Winning customers will only receive the Nike Air Max 95 OG Blue Spark (the “Item”) if we are able to process payment using the details provided. 

Raffle Terms and Conditions 
By taking part in this Raffle you accept and agree to these Raffle Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the Raffle Terms and Conditions, then you should not take part in the Raffle. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the Raffle Terms and Conditions before entering the Raffle. We, JD Sports Fashion plc, recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. JD Sports Fashion Plc is the promoter of this promotion. 

1.    What can you win? 
Winners of the Raffle will each win a chance to purchase the Nike Air Max 95 OG Blue Spark (the “Item”). 
The Items is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Item may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Item is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility) and validity of the entry details (including JD Sports ability to process payment). JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the Raffle at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Raffle. 

2.    Who can Enter?
This Raffle is open for entrants who are 18 or over with a registered JD Sports account and a valid UK address and postcode. If we are unable to verify any of your details, your entry will be void. Entrants must have access to the internet. Internet service providers' fees may apply when accessing the internet. Entries are limited to one customer per Household. Entrants must not attempt to enter the Raffle via more than one JD Sports account. If more than one entry from the same Household and/or customer is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No purchase necessary to enter. Payment will only be taken if the entrant is a winner. This Raffle is excluded from any discounts or promotions.
JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. JD Sports will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. 

3.    How to Enter
Step 1: The Raffle can only be entered via the JD Sports mobile app. Enter your date of birth, preferred size, valid payment details, preferred delivery method (please note delivery times are calculated from the Raffle Draw Date ) and a valid delivery address and postcode on this Raffle microsite after downloading the JD App(https://jdsports.onelink.me/8IJY/8yfl130b) before 9am UK time on 6 August 2025 (“Raffle Draw Date”) . We cannot amend your details after entry is submitted, please make sure all information are correct before submitting. 
Step 2: A pre-authorisation hold for the total Item cost will be placed on your payment card. We will only take payment if you are selected as a winner in the Raffle. 
Step 3: If you are selected, we will process the payment and send you a confirmation email on or before 7 August 2025 confirming that you have won the Raffle to purchase the Item. If you are not selected, your pre-authorisation held on your payment card will be released after the draw has ended, which may take 3-5 days depending on your bank.
Step 4: Once we have confirmed that you are the winner, and processed the payment for the Item, the Item will be delivered using the delivery address and method selected by you at entry. 

4.    Closing Times
The Raffle will open at 1pm UK time on 1 August 2025 and end at 9am UK time on 6 August 2025. Any entries received after 9am UK time on 6 August 2025 will not be valid. 

5.    How are Winners Selected?
Winners will be selected at random based on the sizes available via a random generator tool. The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. The winners will be notified via email on or before 7 August 2025. 

6.    Delivery and Returns
The purchase of the Item is subject to the JD Sports Terms and Conditions (www.jdsports.co.uk/customer-service/terms/) and these Raffle Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the JD Sports Terms and Conditions and these Raffle Terms and Conditions, these Raffle Terms and Conditions will apply. 
Upon receiving valid payment for the Item, we will deliver the Item within 3-7 days of the Raffle Draw Date. 
JD Sports will not offer a replacement for an Item under any circumstances due to limited stock availability of the Item (including but not limited to non-delivery), this does not affect your statutory rights including your right of cancellation and return for a refund if the Item is faulty or defective.

7.    Winners’ Responsibilities
It is the winner’s responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the ‘How to Enter’ section above; (ii) provide accurate contact details including full delivery address; (iii) provide valid proof of age promptly upon request (minimum age 18); (iv) adhere to UK law; and (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of JD Sports. JD Sports will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of this chance to purchase Raffle. 

8.    Personal Information
By ticking the relevant box(es), you agree that you will be opted in to receive regular communication from JD Sports (and its affiliates) via the selected channels. JD Sports will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by JD Sports (and its affiliates) and to administer the raffle. By taking part in the Raffle, entrants agree to participate in publicity activities at JD Sports’ request if they are a winner of the Raffle. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their name, image, any relevant video footage of them and comments relating to the Raffle and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party).
