• The promoter of this offer is JD Sports Fashion plc (company number 1888425) ("JD").

•*Offer: Selected JD STATUS members will have the chance to play the JD STATUS Spin & Win Game (“Spin & Win”) where they can receive either a 20x, 10x, 5x or 3x JD Cash Boost (“Increased Cash Boost”) or £20, £10, £5 or £2 of JD Cash (“Additional JD Cash”) when they make a purchase totalling £1 or more in a participating JD store, online or via the app. The Increased Cash Boost refers to the standard 1% earn rate for JD Cash (percentage of the purchase price of the eligible product). The Increased Cash Boost is instead of the standard 1% earn rate. By way of example, a 5x JD Cash Boost means you will earn 5% cashback of the value of the item on any applicable products. The Additional JD Cash received will go into your JD STATUS Wallet to be used on future applicable purchases.

•JD Cash is a cashback value for customers to use against future in-store or online purchases.

•This Offer is for the United Kingdom only.

•In order to play Spin & Win, members must be on at least version 4.4.0 of the JD STATUS iOS or Android application. The game will not be available to members on older versions of the JD STATUS app.

•The Offer is valid from 24 October 2025 at 00:00 (UK time) until 2 November 2025 at 23:59 (UK time) (“Offer Period”).

•The Offer is available to JD STATUS members who have already made a purchase using JD STATUS (and have received their 10% Welcome Boost) and members who have not yet made their first purchase using JD STATUS.

•For the avoidance of doubt, the JD STATUS Welcome Boost of 10% cashback is automatically applied to the first purchase made using JD STATUS. If that purchase totals £1 or more, a JD STATUS member would then be eligible to play Spin & Win.

•To be eligible for the Offer, members must make a minimum £1 purchase from a JD store or on the JD UK website or mobile application which is associated to a JD Status account. E-vouchers, delivery charges, baggage charges and any JD Cash used towards the total payment will not count towards the £1 minimum spend requirement to be eligible for the Spin and Win game.

•If the JD STATUS member is using Buy Now Pay Later services, it is the total amount of the purchase that will apply for the purposes of the Offer.

•Once a qualifying purchase has been made, JD STATUS members will have 7 days to play Spin & Win. JD STATUS members are limited to one (1) Spin the Wheel game during that 7-day period, regardless of the sum of the eligible purchase or the number of purchases. For example, if a JD Status member spends £200 (in one or more transactions), they will only be eligible to play Spin & Win once during the 7-day period.

•Eligible JD STATUS members will be notified by the JD STATUS App when they have a Spin & Win game available and when the period to use their Increased Cash Boost or Additional JD Cash is due to expire.

•Eligible JD STATUS members must fully complete the Spin & Win game within the Offer Period to receive the JD Cash or Increased Cash Boost. To launch the game, the member must visit the homescreen of the JD STATUS app during their 7-day eligibility period and click the banner to launch the Spin & Win game.

•Students who already earn the Student JD Cash Boost will still have the opportunity to play Spin & Win. However, for the Increased Cash Boost, if students receive an Increased Cash Boost that is less than the 5% they already receive from the Student JD Cash Boost, they will receive EITHER the Increased Cash Boost or the Student JD Cash Boost, whichever boost is greater. For example, if a student plays Spin & Win and receives 2% Increased Cash Boost, they will remain on the 5% Student JD Cash Boost they already receive as this is the greater of the two boosts. The two boosts will not be combined to give the student member a 7% JD Cash boost.

•The Offer can be used on full price and sale items.

•The Increased Cash Boost will be awarded to Eligible JD STATUS members immediately on completion of the Spin & Win experience and will be available to redeem for 28 days following that time (UK time) (“Boost Period”). The Increased Cash Boost is for customers to use against future in-store or online purchases made at JD Sports, associated to a JD STATUS account.

•JD Cash earned via Spin & Win will be subject to the normal 7-day pending period for JD Cash, after which it will then be available to use.

•Following the 7-day pending period, JD Cash earned via Spin & Win will be subject to the normal 180-day expiry period.

•If you earn the Offer (as applicable) during the Offer Period but then return applicable items, you will not qualify for the Offer (as applicable) and any associated JD Cash credited or Increased Cash Boost received during the Boost Period will be removed from your JD STATUS account.

•The Offer is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

•JD reserves the right to (i) cancel this Offer at any time; and/or (ii) amend these terms and conditions. Where possible, JD shall provide reasonable notice of its intention to withdraw the Offer.

•JD reserves the right to remove the Spin & Win game and add new games to the JD STATUS app from time to time. New terms and conditions relating to any new games on the JD STATUS app will be available to JD STATUS members prior to any game being live.
