Returns & Refunds
Free Returns to Store
You have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return your order. Please return your goods to us within 14 days of cancellation.
All orders can be returned in store, just take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to assist you. Please note – Orders shipped direct from our brand partner must be returned directly to them using the free returns label. Once they’ve received the goods, the brand will then trigger a refund.
- If you've ordered through an instore kiosk and would like an exchange or to return an item, you will need to do this instore as we are unable to process exchanges or returns for kiosk orders via our Distribution Centre.
- If you've paid using a credit/debit card, a refund/exchange will be processed at the till point.
- If you've paid using PayPal or Apple Pay, we'll send your order back to our distribution centre on your behalf so the transaction can be reversed.
HERMES
Returns Courier Collection for Only £2.50 from your home using My Hermes. Also local drop off points. Visit our returns portal to arrange a collection or print a label.
BY POST
You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility.

If you've purchased an item directly from our brand partner, you must return directly to them using the free returns label in the order.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We understand you might need a little more time over the festive period to return items to us.
From Sunday 3rd November you can return your items to us for a refund or exchange up until the Wednesday 22nd January as long as they are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
We are not able to process refunds or exchanges in store between the dates of 26th and 28th of December.
A replacement label can be obtained from contacting customer care.

COLLECT+
Drop off your return at a time and place that suits you with Collect+
Use the free CollectPlus app to track your return - Download the CollectPlus app which allows you to scan your return before dropping it off at your chosen CollectPlus Point. The app gives you a quick access to parcel tracking and you can see when it has arrived back with JD Sports.

We advise our customers to return any unwanted goods within 14 days. You can return your items directly to us using the address mentioned below. We do advise getting a certificate of posting just to ensure we receive your unwanted items safely. Please note that the items are your responsibility until they reach us.

Once we have received your order, we will process your refund within a few working days. Please check your email inbox as we’ll provide you with updates about the status of your return.

You have within 14 days of purchase to return something for free to one of our stores.
Please bring with you your despatch note and the goods you want to return. The team will be happy to assist and get your refund/exchange processed as soon as possible.
- If you've paid using a credit or debit card, a refund/exchange will be processed at the till. Please note a refund can take between 3-5 working days for the money to return to your account.
- If you've paid using PayPal, Android Pay or Apple Pay, we'll send your order back to our distribution centre, as soon as we’ve received your order we will return the money to your account or send out an exchange.
Yes, but please note we won’t refund the price difference if an item has been reduced since it was purchased. Our normal returns policy still applies. Your legal rights are not affected.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact our Customer Service team who will discuss your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the results offer a refund or exchange.
Alternatively, you can take your despatch note and the faulty or damaged goods to one of our JD stores. The team will be happy to assist and send your item off to our distribution centre who will do an inspection, then depending on the results offer a refund or exchange.

Make sure your keep your proof of postage.
4. Log into your PayPal account, select the purchase you returned and click on “Request return shipping refund”. Submit the return shipping request form, along with proof of your return within 30 days.
5. If your claim is approved, PayPal will send a refund of up to £15 to your PayPal account within 10 business days. Full terms and conditions are available at:

Orders paid for by Pay in 3 must be returned to our warehouse. Orders cannot be returned to store.
Once we have received the return an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With full returns, Klarna will refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. Please note that the delivery fee is non-refundable.
Make sure to receive a Klarna Return Label when doing a return in-store or Proof of Return if sending by post. The Return Label is your proof if the goods get lost.
Once we have registered the return back in our warehouse an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return. With full returns, Klarna will refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments.
