We can deliver your parcel on a next day service, to the majority of areas in the UK.

Q. Will stores remain open during the new lockdown?

A. All of our UK stores are now closed. Shop here online with us 24/7. Thank you for your patience and we can't wait to see you back in your local JD soon. 

Q. How can I buy from your brand during the pandemic

A. You can still place your order Online. We are here for you!

Q. How can I return unwanted items if stores in my area are closed?

A. We have relaxed our store Returns Policy so you can return store bought purchases when stores re-open. For online orders only visit our returns page here

Q.How long will my order take during lockdown?

A. We are still processing orders as normal. If this changes we will let you know. Check out our delivery options here 

Q. How can I contact Customer Care during lockdown?

A. Same as usual! Try our FAQ’s here  first to see if you can get your question answered, if not contact us via the online form (here) or call us on 0161 393 7055. We will try to answer your query as quickly as possible.

Q. I had to re-locate due to the lockdown. Can I change my shipping address?

A. Once your order is placed we can’t amend the address but if you get in touch with Customer Care we may be able to cancel your order or ask the carrier to return it to us. Click here to get in touch

Q.Is International Shipping impacted because of the pandemic?

A. Not at the moment but we will let you know if this changes in the future. Check out our delivery options here 

Q. Will you make online returns Free due to store closures?

A. If your order was bought Online visit our returns page to check out our Free returns options here  If your items were bought in store you will need to wait until the stores open for a refund but do not worry as we have relaxed our returns policy.

Q. Which pick up locations are still open?

A. You can still collect your order from the Post Office

We are currently offering contactless delivery with DPD and Hermes

Your parcel will be left in a pre-arranged safe place or if one is unavailable your driver will knock and stand at least two steps away. If there is no answer delivery will be attempted 3 times.

While our stores remain closed we are giving you an extra 28days to return your item(s) from the date your local store re-opens. Make sure you hang on to your receipt as you’ll need it to make a return.

Cant wait? If you don’t want to wait until your local store re-opens you can return your item to our warehouse by contacting customer care to arrange. (Please note- you will need access to a printer) Unfortunately, we are unable to refund to your original payment method so you will receive an E Gift-card to the value of your returned item. At certain times we are unable to send all of the items that you have ordered. If this is the case, we will send you an email letting you know of any items that are missing from your order.

If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the delivery adddress when you place your order.

We dont offer a gift wrapping service so the goods will arrive just like a normal order. We do display the prices of the items on the delivery note & we can only discuss the order with the person who placed the order.

Our guaranteed Pre-Christmas delivery date has now passed. All our stores are open!

If you're having issues with your delivery, then please check the status of your order by using one of the below methods:

Track your order Here, just enter your order no. and the email address that you have used to place it.  If you don't have the order number handy, please enter your postcode.

Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view the latest tracking information.

Sign into your JD account www.jdsports.co.uk/myaccount/ and check your order history or simply use the track my order link to see the latest update of your home delivery.

We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we need to be quick to cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. . There are various reasons as to why your order might have been cancelled. Please contact our Customer Care team. who will be happy to assist you further on this issue.

It may be worth reviewing the manufacturer’s website for information on the construction and maintenance of your bike. Some even offer video tutorials so you can see how to take care of your bike. Whilst some may believe there is a problem, a simple turn of a screw or adjustment of a cable can make all the difference. It’s important to remember that a bike is a vehicle and as such should be maintained at regular intervals.

 

Go Outdoors stores have trained bike mechanics who can help get your bike up and running again. If you can’t access a Go Outdoors store, please contact Customer Care via the online form HERE so we can review the options available to you.

During busy periods confirmation emails may take a little longer than expected but please be assured we are working on your order! 

Standard delivery is a home delivery which is usually made within 5-7 days of your order being placed.

UK standard delivery is £3.99 - or free over £70.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes and if you require delivery to the Channel Islands you will need to select International delivery.

Please note, these charges may vary from time to time with promotional activity.

Standard and Tracked Express delivery services are available to most of the countries we ship to. International delivery is available from just £6.99 - the price varies by country and this can be found when selecting the delivery country in the drop down in the delivery section.

Who will deliver the parcel? Deliveries will be shipped via DPD,DHL, Skynet or DPEX depending on the weight and value. Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

 

How long will it take? Delivery will take 4 to 10 working days after despatch a signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up.

 

This may vary depending on the country but we should be able to give you more info if you contact our Customer Service team quoting your order number.

 

Can I track my delivery? Tracking is available on some Standard deliveries and on all Tracked Express deliveries. You will receive a despatched email with a tracking link on for your order, alternatively you can log in to your account and view the tracking in your order history.

 

Will the recipient have to pay duty on the order? Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation.

 

Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. JD Sports cannot offer any assistance in these processes.

 

To help make sure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the EU, check the custom duty threshold of the country you're sending your items to, before you order, and keep your total basket value below that threshold.
